Psalms 23

The Lord, the Psalmist’s Shepherd.

A Psalm of David.

1 The Lord is my ashepherd,
I will bnot be in need.
2 He lets me lie down in cgreen pastures;
He dleads me beside
Lit waters of rest
,
fquiet waters.
3 He grestores my soul;
He hguides me in the
Lit tracks
,
jpaths of righteousness
For the sake of His name.

4 Even though I kwalk through the
Or valley of deep darkness
valley of the shadow of death,
I mfear no
Or harm
evil, for oYou are with me;
Your prod and Your staff, they comfort me.
5 You qprepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You
Or anoint
have sanointed my head with oil;
My tcup overflows.

Certainly vgoodness and
Or mercy
faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life,
And my xdwelling will be in the house of the Lord
Lit for length of days
forever.
